How long is the usb cable that comes with it?

I was pretty pleased when opened it. It is a cable about 4m long.

Where is the headphone jack located on the mic ? I can see the volume slider but not the headphone jack itself. Thanks in advance.

how is the + better than the normal version? Very interested to know can anyone help?

The normal version of this mic is xlr which requires a pre-amp and phantom power to function. This is a usb microphone and has its own headphone socket which allows you to listen to yourself through the mic as well as the PC at the same time. It will be useful for if your singing along to tracks etc. hope that helps
