Do I have to buy a glue to stick them?

It has everything in the pack (sticky back) it’s abit fiddly and it was okay to use but in the end I gave up.

Can the cap be worn at night?

Hi, yes the cap should be worn at night or whenever baby is not being closely watched. The cap will not affect the performance of the Otostick, it is just to prevent baby accidentally pulling at the ears which could cause the Otosticks to break. Because the Otostick Baby product is so small, it could present a possible choke hazard to a small child, so the cap is there to minimise any risk of the corrector being accidentally removed. If you prefer, a headband or alternative cap can be used, as long as you are sure that baby can't pull at the ears when they are alone.
