Audiophiles: this does make a difference
First of all, I'm glad I purchased a pack of 20, I thought 20 would be too many but I ended up using 17 of them on all my audio, video and computing equipment. Do they make a difference? Yes! BUT make sure you clip these as close as possible to the INPUT of your devices. For example, for a TV power lead, clip it nearest to the TV, not on the plug end which goes into the wall. Some before and afters: Before: if I cranked up my amplifier volume to silly levels (100%) with no music playing, and placed my ears near the speakers, I would hear a faint hiss. After: hooked up a few ferrite beads on the amplifier's power cord and the DAC's specialised PSU's power chord and the hiss is completely gone! Of course you can argue no sane person would play music at 100%, you would probably lose your hearing first before hearing the hiss, but technically, the faint hiss on my high end audio equipment is gone. Before: old and cheap Logitech 2.1 computer speakers from the early 2000 which hiss loudly if the external volume knob is turned up to 70% or more. After: hooked up a couple of ferrite beads on the computer's power cord and the Logitech's speaker power cord and the hiss is gone, completely gone, really zero hiss. I was not expecting this on cheap equipment. So another win for these ferrite rings! Before: a simple test using my "GQ EMF-390 Multi-Field Electromagnetic" detector would show 200~1500 mG readings near power cables. After: Stick one of these ferrite cores between the cable and the detector, and readings drop to 0. A complete 0. So yes they work. As for all the other of the cables I've clipped these onto, such as a long 5m HDMI lead running from my computer to the TV, or my ChromeCast Audio plugged into a Bose Minilink speaker, well I haven't tested these but I'm going to assume audio and video signals have improved based on the y findings above! Recommend from me.

Cheap, simple, effective in reducing electrical noise.
I used these around the cable outputs of many switch mode power supplies and mains cables to reduce the amount of 'electrical noise' near to my hi-fi amplifier and other equipment. It was part of a 'housekeeping' project to tidy up the rats nest of cables behind the TV, separating switch mode supplies into a dedicated distribution block and physically distancing them from speaker cables etc. They are easy to use, just select the appropriate size and they just clip on. A cheap solution that will reduce electrical noise. My hi-fi amplifier was the only device that I didn't fit a ferrite bead to, as it has its own mains conditioning, that was just plugged into its own mains socket.

Generally good, but can be a little awkward to clip onto cables at times.
These are generally good, my only gripe is that when you try to clip them around cables, sometimes the clips don’t meet and miss each other because the plastic bends a little. Once they are on they stay put, as long as the clip you’re using isn’t too big for the cable obviously. As for if they work, I cannot say for sure, but when it comes to reducing interference of any kind it’s worth a try.

Does the job for audio cables.
Pretty good products, they reduced both the low end hum (with the loop trick) and high end hiss (with the single wire through). I found placing the loop in the middle for lows was a good place, with the highs clip at each end close to the connection.

Likely useful, but not for amateur radio.
Good range of sizes in the package. However, used this on my computer's peripherals to reduce RF interference from my amateur radio, however it had no effect. There will likely be some devices or products that this will be useful for, but for amateur radio purposes, I recommend a toroid core instead (to wrap the wire or coax around multiple times).

Proper fitment.
Does exactly what it says on the tin. Easy to use and sizes fit perfectly.

Good selection of sizes and yes they do seem to have a positive effect!
I was having a bit of RF or EMI interference issues while recording in my new space and thought I'd give these a shot as they are much cheaper than a power conditioner and yes they do seem to be reducing my RF/EMI interference issues and even seem to help a little with some background hiss on my audio a bit, but I'm very picky about my audio and I am listening to it through professional studio monitoring headphones, so people other than audio professionals and proper audiophiles may not notice any great difference, but they certainly seem to have worked for me. :)

Buen compra
