Brilliant - I use to make chutney
This adds great flavour without the faff of making your own! It's really easy to use as it has the consistency and look of a thin black treacle. I use to flavour apple chutney - which always sells really well on fundraising stalls. Good value too for the quantity, much better than the tiny jars you get in the supermarket

Tamarind concentrate
Much better than the tiny weak bottles of tamarind you get from the store. This paste is more concentrated, thicker and stronger flavoured. Perfect for making singing!

Perfect for cocktails
Concentrated tamarind, molasses type consistency ideal for Indian margaritas. No idea how effective for cooking, but would happily give it a go. Much easier than making the paste by hand.
