Excellent Vitamin B Complex
Five star high quality product, reordered many times, expensive but you get what you pay for. The tablets are quite large so bare this in mind if you struggle swallowing large tablets. I take medication that depletes my vitamin b levels but I’ve never had a problem whilst taking these.

Very effective
I had very low energy and was lathargic for months then my sister recommended these and since I have been taking I have felt more alive and have more energy. I think they are easy to swallow because of there shape, was worried when I saw how big they were(long) but they quite easy to go down.
