Recommend this product from a family member who is in strong man competitions. I told him I drive HGV’s and need to loose some weight . He checked around and sent me the link for this… I bought strawberries & crème and chocolate silk which is my favourite. I have one at 5am and one for lunch with a banana. They fill me up, not even interested in other food, just drink water till home in evening, for a light meal. I must say I have noticed that I have more energy, not sluggish at all and really enjoying these tasty thick shakes made with water and a couple of ice cubes! I’ve just ordered some more of my favourite flavour chocolate silk plus I like the fact that it has all the vitamins and minerals that your body needs with NO Aspartame sweetener BONUS. I’ve been taking these now for two weeks and started to see the benefits of taking this product, which I am really happy with. Thank you Protein Works. I will be buying this a recommending as it’s working for me.

Hi, so I read a few reviews complaining about ," it tastes gritty. It's too thick after taste etc. " But I thought it's such a reasonable price so had to give it a try . My experience......made as per instructions . Too sweet, too thick , grainy. So I make up 250mls half water half semi skimmed milk, with one! scoop of powder. Let it sit for 5, add some ice as it's perfect for my liking. Very satiating, pleasant ,no aftertaste and I'm loosing fat!👍💯 Would recommend.

not the best protein shakes in the world, not always completely mixed together (there's little white flecks in the mix) and flavour needs to be a bit sweeter for a proper chocolaty taste. That being said they fill a gap and they are good enough that I'll continue to buy again

Thick and filling with a lovely sweet strong flavour. The flavours are as described in their titles. My only problem is that they are very difficult to mix. They have a slightly grainy texture.

Tastes good. Brought as i work 12 hoir shifts and never eat. Easier to make a double helping in a one litre bottle and have a few gulps on each of my break times.

Really nice flavour, not clumpy, I work early mornings so never get chance to eat breakfast so once I drink this about 4:30 I don’t get hungry until about 11-12

Vraiment pas mal au niveau du gout ( je met 3/4 d'eau et 1/4 de lait ). Niveau satiété, au début ça cale bien mais seulement pendant 3 à 4h. Personnellement, je prend une demi-dose ou une dose par jour en plus de deux repas pas trop chargé, généralement le matin ou le soir, ( en plus de quelque chose de léger ). Je ne vous conseille pas de boire seulement ça à midi sinon vous risquez d'avoir faim. Ça fait un peu de grumeaux, mais sans plus. J'ai perdu environs 1,5 kilos en une semaine sans trop forcer et sans faire de sport. Je referais une cure pendant plus longtemps en augmentant les quantité de poudre et diminuant les "vrais" repas. Bonne découverte.

Cela fait des mois que nous utilisons ces substituts de repas, mon fils et moi, et je n'ai que de bons commentaires à faire. Les résultats sont là, nous avons perdu 10 kg. La préparation est simple au possible et nous adorons le gout 'chocolate silk'. Ce qui est fabuleux, c'est de constater qu'il n'y a aucun sentiment de faim...Protein Works, fait le job ! Je recommande à 100%

I found that mixing in a shaker resulted in powder clumps, as this product does not readily dissolve. The chocolate flavor tastes good, not too sweet like some other brands, and I notice the shake keeps me full for a while.
