I recently started drawing for fun, deep in my thirties. This is my first set of inking pens ever. So, first of all my opinion is not valuable for comparison with similar products from other brands, and should be mostly taken into account by total amateurs like me. I am very satisfied! The four fineline pens cover a good range of thickness (XS, S, F, M). They are light in the hand and pleasant to use on different kind of papers. At the very beginning I was not too impressed by them, since in the end nowadays fineliners are everywhere and everyone has used them to write at least once in their lifetime. But the more I drew the more I realised how important they are for inking, even more than the brushes. The four brushes, well, I simply LOVE THEM. Maybe not much the one called "1.5", which is basically a thick pen/small marker. But the B, SC and SB are amazing! My favourite one is the SB (Soft Brush), which can draw as thick as the B, but also as subtle as an S fineliner! It is so cool and smooth, it makes me feel like the artist that I am not! :) I am actually surprised that the SB pen is only an exclusivity of this 8 PITT set, and not contained by default in the 4 and 6 pens sets. If it was for me, the SB would replace the B in any set (If I understand correctly, it is not very common even for other brands.)

Bought these to use in my bullet journal as I wanted varying tips to do different things with .I did a test page in my journal to see the difference in each nib and I'm well impressed so far. Definitely a good purchase and value for money . They are very smooth to write with and not at all scratchy plus they didn't seem to smudge .

My first order had some damaged nibs but as always amazon sorted that out right away... Great services. I love drawing with these pens, they are the best finliners I have ever used. I like to use these for fast scetching or for details with watercolour. The side range is great, the dry fast and are lasting ages. Highly recommend.

Nice price and good quality for the pens that stayed working. Unfortunately the smallest nib broke off after about 5 minutes. I don't for one minute absolve myself from blame completely, I just think you need to be careful. The rest of the pens have been wonderful though, great coverage and smooth transition of ink. I use these mainly for outlining sketches. I have used the larger nibs for lettering however and the smooth application helps me create sharp lines. For the price, these really are a steal.

This set of markers is very nice, each pen is comfy to hold and use. I'm tending to favour the larger nibs as one of them has a very nice brush nib which I'm finding to be perfect for my style of drawing. I was surprised by the delivery as I ordered standard delivery and received this three days earlier than expected.
