Mystical Fire - Set of 6 Sachets

Love the no mess, just throw an unopened packet on the fire, working of these packets of colourful sprinkles. I use them both indoor and outdoor throughout the year for log burner and fire pit when guests over. It says use 1-3 but 1 at a time is enough. You get blue/green/purple overtaking the colour of the fire for the first 20 mins and then the yellow creeps back in but you still have blue/green mixed in for a while longer in varying intensities until it runs out. I stoke the fire a couple of times during the colours as it seems to reactivate additional particles that have dropped down into the ash below. From first colour show to almost nothing it lasts about 45 mins. Very impressed.

These were better than expected, they look great! If you have a roaring fire you will need a couple, if its fairly small 1 works and possibly looks better than a big fire but either way good entertainment to throw on a fire and watch peoples face!

Excellent for children and magic

These things are mesmerising. Throw a couple into the bonfire and it turns blue and green. My guests loved them the last time we had a backyard party. Would be five stars if they weren't so pricey.

I was really impressed how long the colours lasted. The video doesn't do the variety of colours justice. It is mostly green/blue/purple colours that this makes. One packet (shown in video) was really effective and lasted about 15 minutes. The kids loved it but I think my husband enjoyed them more. One pack was enough truthfully when we used 2 packets I didn't really notice any difference.

Just arrived today, used one sachet. We used about half of the sachet on our log burner to start with- it gave us a nice wee colour display for about 20mins, then we used the second half of the sachet and got about 30 mins from it. We stoked the fire the second time and this seemed to help the remaining powder to find the flames. Lovely mix of blues, greens and purples. Adds a nice wee touch to winter evenings sat by the fire. A little on the pricey side, so I wouldn't purchase them regularly, but not too bad for a treat now and then. Kids loved watching the colours, too!

I think I was expecting the packets to be all different colours but all it really did was turn the flames on our campfire blue. It still impressed the kids for a bit though.

These are so much fun. You think they're not working and all of a sudden you start getting purple flames, green flames etc. It's quite mesmerising to watch. This was just one packet and the cost is reasonable for the entertainment they provide. We were getting coloured flames for about 20 to 30 minutes.
