Well built product. Have not used yet, but tested retracting strap and this works as advertised.

Strapinno straps are great. First, easy no-tangle storage. 2nd, I can hook up one end on one side of my trailer and the hook stays put because of the carabiner-style S hook. Then I walk around to the other side and tighten up. 3rd, unhooking is so easy with the auto retract. 4th and most important, my wife was always frustrated by standard straps. She loves these. Like I said, worth every penny. We've got 10 ft, 12 ft, and 15 ft Strapinnos, for different jobs. Love 'em.

I broke one of the straps the first day. It won’t retract anymore. I contacted the vendor and they sent me a video on how to fix it. I’m going to give it a try when I have time. Edit: I contacted support and they sent me new ones. Great customer service. Love the straps

I order these straps and unfortunately one of them came and was not properly working it would not reel back in like advertised. I had contacted strappinno and they where able to come with solution.

Best decision I have ever made, these straps are extremely easy to use, really practical and strong. Quality is 10/10.

I’ve only had these for 2 years. I rarely use them and today when I strapped down my bicycle, the spring inside the retraction mechanism unloaded on itself. In both. They no longer retract. Great idea. Poor craftsmanship. It was nice while it lasted. Got maybe 10 uses out of them total. I’m so disappointed.

Works great and very strong & sturdy. No more manual rolling them up!

Very good product

These are excellent, really handy to be able to retract them, and unlike a lot of others, they have a really good length, and are easy to release. There is also never any play because of the way the front bolt fastens the strap. Only negative is that the spring in the retraction mechanism is weak for some reason, and you often have to help the strap fully retract.

I like them because they have a lock on them so the straps are tight and the bike won't role around

I liked the 10ft ones but they where slightly short so I purchased the 12ft ones but they re a different style I am not sure I like them as much as the 10ft ones Also a 16ft set would be great or extenders for current ie 6 ft extenders The issue is the don’t stay out and also the end part came out and doesn’t now stay in not as good as other brands Thanks
