Easy to take, no strange aftertaste, and packed with enough vitamins to make you feel like you’re making responsible life choices while still eating biscuits with your tea. Just had to give a review for those ladies that’s going through their menopause or like me don’t know if I’m coming in or going out, at 64 lol but this has really helped me. I will be subscribing as it’s that good as for brain fog oh my god it’s has been unbelievable but this is really help.
