It has high levels of maltitol. Terrible for Keto. Maltitol has 80% GI of table sugar. This will severely affect your glucose and ketone levels. You may as well just eat sugar. AND it has rapeseed and palm oils.

100g is quite a lot of Carb Killa Spread lol. But it would be about 518 cals and 32.5g of Carbs
