its super fast, gets hot almost immediately and keeps your mug hot for a long time . You can keep your drink hot/warm for a good 30 minutes. Good price for the quality, i will certainly recommend this product to my friends

A bit too small for most of my mugs but good enough. Doesn’t keep them super warm for hours but it does the job for like 20min until the tea actually gets too cold and it can’t warm it up to a pleasant degree anymore

Does NOT keep your drinks warm
Does not keep your drinks hot, as the hot plate isn't even hot. Useless.

Good product
After reading some of the other revues I wasn't sure whether to get this as a present, but it is fab! Gets really hot, fits all my mugs, and keeps my tea a good temperature!

Not the best product
So I ordered 2 and only 1 arrived (Amazon sorted) but I’m glad only 1 arrived. It is not a great product, keeps my coffee tepid (which I know is better than cold) but just doesn’t work as well as hoped
