Overall happy, but expected more
The quality is good. I like the handle. It is obviously easy to clean and it does the job, but i really expected more for the price. I am not quite happy with the lenght and the angle of the knife. I ordered it so i can use it for 8 inch cakes. I use acetate a lot and it is always high so i needed a pallette knife that would be small enough to fit and to be able to move it freely. The tala one is quite long and like i said it is not "angled" enough for my liking.

Optimal quality item and a useful size
Delivered very briskly to Melbourne, Australia despite the global pandemic. I have purchased several baking products by this UK company and have found them all to be of optimal quality. This spatula is perfect for prizing home made biscuits off trays, cupcakes out of cavities, and icing cakes. Silly me, for torturing myself with an excessively long spatula for years. Has survived a handful of dishwasher cycles, no problem. If you are unsure, I would strongly recommend that you purchase. Fabulous company - you can't go wrong with Tala products.
