The blankets are thin but are ok!

Why 4 stars and not 5....? This is a lovely fleece, with only one small problem. The side-stitching comes undone in some places. Not a big problem as a needle and cotton fixes the issue quickly .... but still annoying. But the blanket itself is very good value. Versatile in that it can be used as a throw, a knee blanket (very nice in winter), a travel blanket or even as an extra blanket on the bed on a cold night. The light weight and soft feel is just great. Rolls or folds into a small package, so ideal for passengers on long car trips. Recommended. I will be purchasing another 2.

Warmth is what's needed in the winter or any other time especially if like me who cannot move round much being disabled. I have bought 3 and the thing about these wonderful fleeces is the fact they are lightweight yet keeps me as warm as toast. I suffer with severe cold even when it's warm outside due to an under active thyroid gland and at night I only use these, because of how lightweight they are. But I do stress that these are NOT really meant for sitting on for picnics etc, thicker proper picnic blankets which are waterproof underneath are the kind you need for that. Fleece blankets are perfect for camping too and ideal for back packets and hikers! I am now about to order some more and another + is washing them, really easy as they don't take long to dry either. To me, PERFCT in every single way AND the unbeatable price too, there's not a lot of cheer when buying things these days things are either over priced or if one goes for cheaper options the are rubbish and don't last long, but these, fantastic price and they last too, provided they are washed properly!

You get what you pay for and from a name like AA you know you are getting quality. This is the third one of these I have purchased the first two were 'stolen' by my friends as they like them so much. Wash really well and retain their shape. Nice and fluffy and keep you warm and keep out the draughts. Use mine mainly indoors to snuggle up on the sofa with. Its lightweight but extremely warm, soft to the touch and worth every penny.

I looked for THIN & small (150x120cm) polyester blanket for my kids for summer season. All shops & websites kept offering thick, plush adult blankets for 2-4 times higher price. These AA blankets are perfect, exactly what I needed. Small that kids can handle it themselves and super quickly dry after a wash. BUT...annoyingly all 4 blankets I bought had very poor stitching that was coming off the edge. See pic. I still love my purchase as I sewed the loose patches of stitching but I wouldn't mind paying a bit more and spend my time differently. Hopefully the rest of the stitching would stay as I wouldn't like to hand stitch the whole blanket - and all 4 of them...
