electrosmart 200 x 200 VESA Black Mount Adaptor Plate Convert TV Wall Bracket 50/75 / 100 mm

This is well packaged, solid and seemingly high quality. Arrived promptly and good value. Good variety of fittings and clear instructions. Does the job of not having to change the main wall mounting for my Samsung larger tv. Sadly Samsung needed longer M8 bolts than 20mm which were easy to get.

Bought and used to convert a desk clamp arm mount (which was 75 and 100 VESA only) to attach my 40" Samsung 4kUHD tv (weight 8.1kg) which was 200 VESA only. The Plate itself is about 2 or 3mm thick so adequate for my needs and had no flex in it whatsoever during or since installation (three weeks now). I have no concerns over this now in at any point in the future. Result: Worked brilliantly. Picture attached of it in action. Would highly recommend. Install tip: ------------------------ On one side the holes are countersunk - I didn't notice this initially but refitted it once I did. I bolted through these from the countersunk side (using some bolts which think they came with this kit but may have been with the Thingy desk clamp, I can't remember) into the VESA100 on the arm of my desk clamp so the bolt heads would be nearest the tv, nuts were nearest the wall. The bolt heads on the TV side were then were flush to the converter plate. In my case no spacers of any kind were required (once I'd turned it round and used the countersunk side) I used the bolts that look like philips screw driver screw heads but have a bolt thread, not the hexagonal-chunky-headed ones, as you'd def need to use the included spacers then) I then used the VESA bolts to go from the wall side through the 200 VESA holes (all perfectly aligned in the plate I might add) and into the TV.

Great product, simple and cost effective. Old mount covered fixings up to 100mm, new TV is 200x200mm fixing and this is just the job, saves getting a new mount and hassle of fixing. This is sturdy adaptor plate with standard fitting options up to 200x200mm. I've taken off 1 star as it didn't include the screw size I needed and so I had to make a trip down to local DIY superstore :( The mount came with: 4 small screws and nuts to attach to existing mount 4 x M6 20mm 4 x M8 20mm Washers and spacers for above Unfortunately Samsung 32 inch (6400) needed M8 25mm (or 30mm would probably work with spacers), with the additional of these all good and new TV fixed to old mount.

I used this to enable attaching a 32" TV to a monitor arm. The arm only supported 75x75 and 100x100 hole spacings, which is quite common amongst mounts. That's where this plate comes in. You screw it to the arm using the 100x100 spacing, and then to the TV using the 200x200 spacing. It comes with bolts, washers and spacers, meaning you have all you need to connect it immediately (likely more than you need, as if you're using an arm or other mount it's also going to come with its own fixings.) Not much more to say, it's simply a square of metal with holes drilled in it. But it seems very sturdy and strong, more than strong enough to take the weight of any TV/monitor that has 200x200 screw spacing. I paid £9 with Prime shipping, which I suppose is not cheap for a simple metal plate. But in terms of its utility, it was well worth spending the money to enable me to use a cheap arm with my TV. And it's probably a bit cheaper without Prime. A good product all round.

Not a lot you can say about this - it's a metal plate with holes in it. However, it is very solid (feels like it would take a lot of weight) and the supplied bolts seem good quality. A lot more reassuring when fitted than some of the cleverer spider-like alternatives (and, if your monitor is like mine then it fits in to recesses really well). So, nothing exciting, but for the asking price I don't think you can really fault it.

I had purchased a new tv and so moved my existing one to another room where there was already one mounted on the wall. However when I took it off the wall I realised the fixings were in different positions on the new tv. I was shopping for a new wall mount and then came across this. This has allowed me to use my existing versa wall mount (and save the hassle of drilling new holes etc) to mount the tv. It’s very study and lots of holes meaning it should fit most sizes. Much cheaper and easier than having to buy a whole new wall mount, would recommend.

Simple product that does exactly as described. If you want to keep your old wall mount but its too small for your new TV then buy this plate. The latest smaller TVs weigh very little and the need for big heavy duty fixings and brackets is a thing of the past. My old 20inch bedroom tv weighed much more than the new 32inch so the original mount is fine once this plate is attached. Yes maybe its a bit expensive for a plate with a load of holes drilled in it but it does the job perfectly

Just what I needed. Really solid piece of metal to enable my new tv to fit with an old wall bracket that I had up. Comes with bolts and spacers too.

Dovendo passare da tv 23 pollici a 32 pollici in sei stanze, ho cercato la soluzione per evitare l'acquisto di nuovi porta tv e la conseguente installazione. Cerrcando soluzioni alternative ho voluto provare questi adattatori che si sono dimostrati ottimi per le mie esigenze. Sono piastre robuste ma non pesanti e sono dotate della bulloneria di varie misure a seconda delle dimensioni degli apparecchi tv da utilizzare. I fori di collegamento sono perfetti e l'installazione risulta facile e veloce. Per me è stato un ottimo acquisto. Consiglio a chi non vuole sostiture in toto le staffe. Buoni acquisti.

Encantada de no tener que volver a agujerear la pared. Cambié la TV por una más grande y me ha servido el mismo soporte gracias a esta ampliación. Lo recomiendo

Ho acquistato questo adattatore VESA per montare a muro una TV SONY che ha uno stranissimo attacco 100x200. Dentro la scatola oltre alla placca ci sono le viti, sia quelle per fissarla al supporto VESA 100x100 che quelle per fissare la TV. Amazon perfetta come sempre per quanto riguarda la spedizione.
