Good product, It is costly but working good, it shows humidity level and you can operate it with RFID remote.

Got this on march 21st... Worked fine for 2.5 months but stopped working in june. It got a short circuit and water was leaking from the base... I contacted customer care on WhatsApp, through emails and also called them 10 times but the customer service was very rude and they never helped.. then i contacted amazon's customer service.. they took up the issue...only after that Ibell customer service replied through whatsapp saying they would send only spare parts which only i had to install (as if i was some technician) and not replace the whole item..i told them i would need a new base..spare parts wouldn't help..but customer service was very very rude ..after some pressure from amazon customer service they agreed to give refund... I am thankful to Amazon for helping me out ..i had lost every hope of recovery from this company... I think ibell is giving good work life balance to its employees. No one picks calls in between 9 to 5:30..and after 5.30 the IVR says ab chutti ho chuki hai...😅 Very sad

Its good product for small bedroom. Opretion will be very quiet. Humidity control will good. Best as per the product price.

Excellent humidifier at a budget-friendly price! The 4.5L tank lasts a long time, the mist output is impressive, and the remote control with digital display adds great convenience. I am really very upset with Amazon services and I have noticed it multiple times till now customer service is also not helpful as well as I order this product and paid the amount in advance and after receiving the product I found it defective the product is not working and I called on ibell customer care 10 times but only one time I was connected to customer care and rest 9 times I could not talk to them so I request everyone those who are reading this because it is the fault of merchant and as well as Amazon because before shipping the product to my address they did not check the product if it is working or not and I request you to blacklist such merchant who delivered this product at my home and now I have requested for replacement and have to wait for around 10 days to get the replaced product and being my money already paid so I have no option other than to wait and it is a mental harassment because I ordered this product as it was my necessity and now I will be without the product for almost 15 days from the date of my order.

I bought the iBELL Humidifier and I am very happy with it. The product is good and easy to use.When I first received it, the unit was not working. I raised a complaint and iBELL’s customer care team replaced it immediately with a new one. The delivery was also very quick. Really appreciated the fast response!After using it, my room feels much better now. No more dryness, the room temperature has improved and my sleep quality is also better.
