Hello Rosie, first of all I have used Artelac Nighttme gel recommended by my optician, it is excellent and does work for my dry eyes, and, yes, it is easy to use, though the tube is very small squeezes out easily. I also have arthritis in my right hand, especially the index finger and do not find it a problem to use the tube. Jo

How does this compare to Vita-Pos? Does anyone know?

Artelac made my eyes sting quite badly, only lasted a couple seconds but not pleasant. Vita pos too greasy for me. I’ve been using the Clinitas Carbomer gel for a while now, no problems. And it’s only £7.50 for 3 so great value too. Read the reviews.
