Can you use it in any glass jar or do you have to buy the proper one?

Any glass jar will work, provided it is deep enough to cover your combs and brushes.

Can I use this for eyelashtweezers if so how often do I need to change the barbicide in the jar and how long do I leave to air dry after?

Instructions on the bottle at the back ... I sterilize my nail equipment for 10 mins then wrap them up when completely dry ready to use ... also I have left them overnight in the solution...

Cleanser of micro needle roller?

I had to look up what a micro needle roller was. The main ingredient in Barbicide (after water) is isopropyl alcohol (propan-2-ol). It is designed to kill bacteria, viruses and fungi. You need to dilute the concentrate with water and leave items in for ten minutes before removing and rinsing with water. YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET BARBICIDE (concentrate or diluted) ON YOUR SKIN so would need to ensure all items are thoroughly rinsed. Maybe if you rinsed and then left the roller in a jar of clean water for a further 10 minutes but that would be up to you. The diluted Barbicide seems to be OK with plastics and stainless steel (combs, scissors, hair trimming blades, etc.
