No too spicy

Good curry powder
Tastes nice. Glad to have found it. I haven't created any traditional dishes with it yet. I've only made it with chicken and vegetables but it tastes nice. Different to normal curry powder. Photo is taken next to a pint glass for you to see the size of the item.

Not good value
I was curious to try this product as it comes well recommended by various celebrity chefs! it was a nice spice but I have to agree with the other comments on this site that it is very pricey. I tend to use a couple of tablespoons per curry and this package works out enough for about 2 meals. So will accept it is more for the rich and famous!! I will continue my quest for exceptional spices without the fiery price tag!

A Change from the Mundane
Open this pack and have a smell, there is a complexity of aroma's from the spices, where you can actually smell the different spices individually. Pure balance using fresh spices for sure. Used only once so far for a really tasty lentil curry. Being so impressed bought another for my mother to try. Awaiting her feedback. Expensive if you compare to the brands sold in stores. But worth it.

Delicious fragrant curry
Like many, I loved the Fragrant curry recipe that HelloFresh did a while ago and wanted to recreate it. This worked just as well. I only use one level teaspoon to keep it mild for the whole family. 1tsp with 400ml coconut milk, chicken stock cube, garlic clove, parsley, onion, green beans and chicken. Simmer down til it thickens (or add some cornflour) Don't add extra salt until you've taste tested when served as i find it salty already

I’ve been looking for this spice for ages, to re create a hello fresh recipe. I’m glad I found it, one thing I will say don’t add more than a tea spoon to your cooking as this spice seems a lot hotter than the hello fresh one.
