Weight Olympic 2-Inch Fraction Plates

'Change', or 'fractional' plates as these smaller plates are often known are often confusingly expensive, especially those sold in sets from the big brands - I took a punt on these as they were by far the cheapest I could find and was pleasantly surprised. I weighed each plate and was pleased and surprised to see they all fell within around 1% tolerance which is extremely good for non calibrated weights (The better brands often claim 2% and budget brands can be well outside this depending on casting errors) The 2" center hole was smooth and fits well on the bar and the overall casting is good quality. Overall Id highly recommend these for anyone looking to add smaller increments to their training - Its hard to imagine what advantage there would be to be gained by splashing out on a bigger brand apart from image,

Items well packaged and arrived promptly. Great value and perfect to add smaller progression to my weight training as my gains start to get harder. These keep the gains progressing without stalling. Useful kit to anyone lifting with Olympic weight sets. Items of decent quality for the price. Others on the market are a lot more expensive, and while the weight might be a little more precise I found 2 out of the 4 to be within 10% of 0.25 so that is good enough for my training needs.

Decent product at a good price. Really fast delivery, only two days from ordering. Perfect for regular small 1 and 2kg weight increments required on the linear progression routine I'm running. Weighed them to test and all pretty accurate.

They are all different weights and all over 0.25kg. I bought two packs and managed to pair most of them which another which weighed relatively the same however two I couldn’t match to any so I probably wouldn’t use them because there is over .1 discrepancy. You get what you pay for I suppose.

Bought these to use on Kensui dumbbells following shoulder replacement (where I want to gradually increase the weight on muscles disrupted, neglected, cut and sewn back together.) They work really well. There are offerings for much more money covering different sizes but these fulfill all my requirements using the other regular weight plates I already possess.

Great delivery service. Ordered on the Friday and revived on the Saturday using standard delivery. The product itself fits the Olympic bar well and the weights seem good quality so should last. One slight issue is that they don't all weigh exactly 0.5kg. However they are only slightly out with some slightly over/under the 0.5kg weight. I would recommend for training as I only had 1.25kg plates before ordering these so it meant I had to go up in increments of 2.5kg which is a big jump. I can now increase the weight in more manageable 1kg increments

It's a plate that weighs 0.25 kilo and fits on an Olympic bar. What more do you want? Gets the job done for a good price and they are holding up well. Useful for overhead press as it is hard to add 2.5 kilo in one go sometimes.

The plates are supposed to weigh 250g each, but could tell right out of the packet they were different sizes. Weighed them up and one came out around the 340 mark, others were 290, 280... A 10% margin each side wouldn't be too bad, but a discrepancy that large is taking the mick really! The paint was flaking off already out of the packet too - not good quality at all. Don't usually leave reviews on here, but felt the need to share this!
