Yep. Won't protect you from hangover or acting like a Bailey's fueled creamy fool, but the lactose won't be an issue.

Is it possible to break these tablets in half?

Yes you can half them. They have a score line for you to follow where a knife can slot in.

How long do the effects last?

About 30-40 mins would be my guess. I would take a couple if eating a main course with dairy and then a couple more if having a dessert a little while later. I also take more tablets if I'm eating a significant amount of dairy. I am very sensitive to small amounts of dairy.

Do they contain calcium phosphate?

LactoJoy contains the enzyme lactase and herbal ingredients only. We deliberately leave out any unnecessary additives. It doesn't contain calcium phosphate!
