Have avoided lactose for years as the dietary effects as those reviewing this product will know- aren’t desirable and can have a huge impact on life. Someone mentioned these to me (I didn’t even know they existed!) and honestly - WOW!!! Life has completely changed! I keep both this big pot, and also a little supply of the smaller packs that have the tablets individually wrapped as they’re much easier to keep one or two in a handbag for unexpected little dairy treats :-) This larger pack size tho is very economical when comparing cost per tablet- and my husband takes them too as he suffers with IBD and they really help his also. Overall- our household is much much happier having recently discovered these amazing supplements! Why have the doctors never advised us of them before?? Even our Gastri consultants 🙄 so frustrating!!
