Can this oil be used for cooking and light frying?

As this olive oil is full of flavour and extra virgin it is best used as a dressing. You lose much of its health benefits when heated. I use a refined olive oil for cooking however there is no reason why you can not use for cooking if you wish. Probably be great on roast potatoes!
