Can the drawer fit a Mac lip liner or lipstick? Or even the urban decay naked palette?

Naked palette doesn't fit as its too long, liners will fit if they have been sharpened enough, if brand new then no. I can fit 10 Mac lipsicks per drawer, hope this helps.

Any good for eyeliners, lipsticks and compacts? or too small please help

Yes should be good for that! I had mistakenly thought it was A4 size, useless for me but perfect for things like make up.

Is this good for jewellery?

If you are looking for something to keep earrings in then yes. Its small so perfect to keep earrings in no good for anything bigger.

will it take A4 sheets ?

Hi, no this one is really slim. I can just about manage to fit 4 lipsticks in each draw. There is one that does fit A4 by osco
