Does the moisturizer cause stinging initially

We can reassure you that an initial slight tingling after the application of YES WB/YES VM is not uncommon. Normally it is fleeting and is the result of the intimate tissues adjusting to the pH of the product, which is designed to match the usual vaginal pH. If your pH has drifted at all (possibly through the use of soaps, shower gels or douches) then YES WB/YES VM will help restore the natural healthy pH balance, and this can feel like a tingling sensation. If irritation continues longer then it could intimate that you have a sensitivity to one/some of the ingredients, it is always a good idea to conduct a small patch test on the inside of your wrist. When do you use it for best results?(morning/night) Does it heal dryness when used long term or we have to keep using it?

Overnight seems best. It does not heal dryness, it just soothes and lubricates temporarily.

I bought this but it had no seal on the box or on the tube, is it supposed to be sealed?

My irritation is on the vulvar are. Do I need to insert the moisturising into the vagina or just rub onto the outside ?

I imagine that, in your case, you need to use it externally but I suggest you read the instructions.
