is it only 1 packet of milka or a packet of creamer from milk as well?7

Contains Milk and Milka pods, for my taste, milk pods not required though.

why is it twice the price on Amazon?

someone has to pay the commissions

Are milk pods required for this one?

If there are only 8 servings in this one no you don't. The pods are full of powdered ingredients which includes chocolate and milk powder and when the water has finished going through half the contents have stuck in the pod. Better to buy a jar of instant. I would not recommend.
