No I don't think it would. The tarnish is an oxide. The cleaner just cleans dirt grease off etc. Try neat washing up liquid into your hand and gently rub it into the bracelet for a while. Then rinse. If it doesn't work then try silver dip liquid. Super markets sell it or try ebay. You might find it's cheaper than amazon.
