Fibre supplements
These are easy to take and highly effective

Gentle and effective. Great value for money.
I’m a fan of these. I need extra fibre due to some medication I’m on that can block me up a bit. I take 1 or 2 of these a day (usually at night) and find the next morning they do the job. Unlike other laxatives I’ve tried these have not given me bowel cramping or pain which a lot can. I like the very natural ingredients and will continue to stick with these going forward. The capsule is rounded oblong, it has no taste and bigger than an Ibruprofen capsule but not huge like some vitamins. I find they go down easily with water. Happy bowels!

Only 0.5g fibre! If looking for high fibre, don’t waste your money.
I thought there was 5g of fibre in these, but each capsule only contains 0.5g fibre. The mg info can be quite misleading, so to say these are high fibre tablets, well I wouldn’t agree with that. Waste of money for me as doing very little to increase fibre intake and better options out there, regretting my purchase 🤣

Easy Fibre Booster
Most folks don't get enough fibre. I have several GI issues and was prescribed Fybrgel powder. This is basically just Physillum Husk (which you can buy/use in many meals) but I didn't like the thick texture or orange flavour and you have to drink a fair bit of water with it (but it did work well for me). These fibre suppliments are easier to take, are pretty tasteless and have a whole host of high fibre ingredients. I'd take 2 a day for similar effects and didnt experience any stomach cramping. I also like the slim tub which makes it more efficient to store than round bottles. The tablets are pretty big however you can break them open and sprinkle into yogurt, into a smoothie or with some JAm/Peanut butter. NICHE WARNING!! I recently had a double organ transplant and the transplant pharmacist has told me I can no longer take these due to them containing Rhubarb as there was a case of someone losing their donated kidney associated with high ingestion of the fruit. This is an interaction with certain Immunosupression medication so if you take anti rejection meds for ANY reason please run the ingredient past your team first.
