Had to leave a review for this light!! Firstly, the communication with the seller was top notch. I had a few questions and every email I sent was responded to promptly, politely with every question I had answered. The actual light looks amazing, so much better than I had anticipated and looks much more expensive than what we paid for it! We had an electrician put the main board up as we were having our kitchen renovated anyway. Then myself and my husband did the crystals ourselves. It’s not a hard job atall, just a bit fiddly and took us about 2 and a half hours in total. If you are considering this light, just do it! You won’t be disappointed! And a big shout out to Vanessa for all the helpful responses to my emails. A credit to the company. One happy customer !

Assembly is very time consuming but worth it. My advice is to separate all strings in groups by their number and individually because they tangle easily. Once separated, install the base first then loop the strings to the base. This chandelier is heavy so make sure you have the proper support.

This chandelier is very beautiful, elegant and goes very well with a modern look. We have 12ft ceilings and it compliments well. Some of the reviews say it only takes an hour or 2 to install but we are licensed contractors and we did the whole install and it took 3 to 4 hours. All the crystal balls on the bottom need to be individually attached and you definitely need 2 people to do this install smoothly. But I 100% recommend this chandelier I memorize looking at it every day!!! If you're doubting it just do it you won't regret it!!

I purchased this end of 2024 for a house I'm building. I just unboxed and put it together. This was well packaged, all parts with extra were included and WOW...absolutely stunning. Pics can't do it justice. I'm so happy with my purchase!!

All hardware for installing was delivered. 18 extra crystals are left over in case anything breaks. The install instructions were easy to follow. You will need two ppl to mount and a lot of spare time to put the crystal balls onto the strings. I give this light a 10/10. I bought very white lights and also daylight lights to see the difference. My wife prefers the daylight because “It feels more like a really nice restaurant” while the whiter light (6500k) “Feels like a night club”. No regrets to my purchase. Although my local postal service screwed up my delivery. Amazon was amazing at correctly it and it was no fault of the seller.
