This is so impressive. Brilliant pain relief and so easy to just put in freezer

Only just purchased this - a little brain activity to put the straps on - but a re-look at the video helped completely - all easy - fit and size good - comfortable. When first out of freezer used them over my pull-on knee support sleeves to avoid skin-freeze - but a few hours later put them on again (they'd not been back in the freezer) - no protection needed and still gave good cooling relief.So far I'm very pleased with these - quality also seems very good, with excellent bag to put the gel pack in to go in the freezer. They weren't the cheapest, but I'm glad to have paid for the quality.

Overall, I was very happy with this product; it is nice and large so wraps completely around the knee, and the straps keep it well secured. Because the gel is soft, the cold pack moulds nicely around the knee.The only complaint I have is that it doesn't hold the cold very well; it would be good if it stayed cold for longer; this likely relates to the properties of the gel in the ice pack.

This was ordered for express delivery. After one hour in the freezer it was fine to use on my husband's recently replaced knee. It brought great relief and is a good design so it doesn't go on top of the staples at the front of his knee. The Velcro straps are adjustable so the fit is good.It was on offer today for a great price.

This is basically just a big reusable ice pack with straps. It does the job and stays cold for a long time but it's not very ergonomic and doesn't fit well unless your leg is out straight. Can't easily walk or move with it on. Would benefit from a hole for the knee cap.Also there is no cover son you can get ice burns if using direct, I had to put a tea towel in between this and my leg.

This product has been my best buddy since my ACL hamstring graft surgery. The product is large enough to cover both my poorly knee and the lower region of my hamstring, so I was able to ice all affected parts in one go. The pack remained cold enough for the full duration of the recommended 20 minute icing time. My only suggestion is that you buy two, so that you can ice every hour, because it does take some time (i.e. about 2 hours) to re-freeze properly again and having only one pack restricts how often you can ice. I did not use the pack whilst walking around and do not think that it would stay in place whilst moving about.

Bought this for my mum as she has just had a total knee replacement. The hospital sent her home with a cold ice pack which wasn't great and quite heavy. This ice pack is brilliant. Large enough to wrap round with the velcro straps and freezes quickly ready for next use. It is fairly pliable so you can still walk and stretch your leg. It has really helped her with the pain and swelling. Absolutely recommend this.

brilliant used prior to knee replacement just to help and it did Now used after surgery (10 days) sweeling almostcompletely gone certainly helps with doing exercises.large enough to wrap around knee. would not recommend trying to walk around doing exercises but laying downsuperb

Die Lösung über die Klettverschlüsse finde ich extrem gut auch bei umfangreichen Knien absolut geeignet! Kühlung reicht ohne externes Kühlsystem Akku circa 10-15 Minuten. Die Wertigkeit des Produktes ist absolut spitze und kann nur weiter empfohlen werden!

Its very big for my knee and i have trouble adjusting it snuggly. Also with knee injury normally around knee cap you want cold to be here only but this is around your knee and is cold all around, even on back of your leg
