Great product
I’m actually shocked how good these are! The noise reduction is amazing. Very easy to mould. Crammed the first one in really well and it worked perfectly; but gentler with the second so needed redoing but again, very easy. Bought for when I’m on the bike. No tinnitus after riding and comfortable when in. The only reason they lose marks for comfort is when taking my lid off, its very painful due to the hard plastic wedge in my ears.

Does exactly what they're meant to!
I bought these as a back up for if my active hearing protection should ever fail. Moulding them was easy - especially if you have ever moulded a gum shield for rugby or similar. Pop the buds into hot water, leave them for a while then work them into your ears. I used these for shooting and they work great. The fit is good and getting them in and out of the ears is nice. They're comfortable for long days shooting and overall, they're a great backup.

Take your time!
First attempt of doing both at once did not work. The second one had started to harden before I had chance to mold it properly. All in all, it took three reheats on both sides to get an acceptable mold. All I can suggest is to take your time not trying to mold it all in one go. Regarding comfort... I had to use the largest size of silicon tips for the molding process, and my initial impression of the foam tips are that they are too large for me and will be uncomfortable. I will persevere but may need to use the silicon tips if they provide enough noise reduction.

Awful
They’re great when being molded and wet. However as soon as they’ve set and gone hard they’re awful. Noise cancellation is pretty much zero even with the foam plugs in. I bought these for riding my motorcycle and they’re so insanely uncomfortable. It’s basically having hard plastic pushed into your ear. I tried remoulding them a couple times and it improved nothing. They’re extremely expensive and now obviously no chance of returning them and getting money back…..DO NOT BUY!!

Great earplugs
If you mould them correctly the first time they are very comfortable and block out a lot of sound, i put them in boiled water for five minutes. I also used 2 mirrors like the top review mentioned to fit them accurately. Things you might need to know; 1. They should be softened in boiling water separately otherwise they can kind of melt together. Leave them in your ears for a while and push gently on them by the filter area until they cool down, this gave me a better seal. 2. The lanyard in one of the other reviews is not included and has to be purchased separately, it is called the custom decibullz lanyard and not the accoustic filter lanyard as that one won't fit these. 3. I find that unless im using the foam ear-tips they don't block much sound, but maybe i didn't get a good seal with the triple flanged options because everyone's ears are different. 4. Someone mentioned the foam tips can wear out, you can buy memory foam headphone tips as replacements as long as the insert for the tips is quite small, i bought some spare. Hope this helps, if done right, these really are good earplugs.

EXPENSIVE
Its awesome and really does work. However its DEFINITELY NOT worth nearly £30. Its more like a rugby gum shield that you can buy for £5-£10. I would DEFINITELY go for the cheaper options available.

Massively over-priced.
These are no better than the cheap foam ones. Really, there's simply no reason to use them and they are 100x the price of the foam ones. They say: "perfect fitting earplug that will never hurt, never fall out and provide superior noise isolation". Lol. Nope. They are not comfortable. They hurt. I've tried the silicon (medium and small, large is too big) and the foam ear pieces. I've re-moulded them several times and the plastic is just hard and uncomfortable. Sleeping in them is not an option. To be fair, they don't fall out. But... they are difficult to get out. The snug fit means you have little to hold onto to pull (twisting is more effective, but still same problem). Making a 'handle' while it's still soft is an option, but means you get more pressure when you lie down or lean on a cushion. Honestly, I would avoid them. If these were £3, maybe worth it just to have 'custom' ear shapes, but it's a gimmick, it doesn't block any more noise than foam inserts. If you are serious about noise-blocking in a work environment, get some real headphone-style ones. If you're trying to get some rest, get foam ones or silicon inserts if you don't like the foam ones.

Excelente produto.
O produto é excelente e foi capaz de tornar imperceptíveis os ruídos de alto tráfego local, o que não era possível com tampões somente de espuma.

One of the best hearing protection options available.
Product was delivered promptly and met all my expectations. It is my 3 purchase, because I lose them, no quality issues. They seem expensive but performs well. I use them primarily for twice a week shotgun shooting and occasionally for protection from loud engines, weed eaters, chain saws, off road vehicles, machine shop noises etc.
