I read books when in bed, and normally I highlight text with a marker. Will this scanner work fine when I do not put the book on table/hard surface?

I doubt it, due to reflection from the screen. While a promising bit of kit, it mis-copies about 10% of words. Mine simply stopped working after a few days of use and I couldn't face the hassle of re-installing the software.

Can left-handed people use this device?

Yes. The device can be used by either hand.

dose it work with Arabic language
