Worst customer service
Product hasn't worked for complete 1 year and as it is under warranty period, I used to contact them for warranty cover but there is nothing happened, I received a message that your number is not reachable so your service request has been cancelled, while I received a call from them and on call they asked me to recomplaint against the issue through some another way. So regarding warranty it seems they are really very bad, so be careful and go for some other better brand who are good at their customer service

Sturdy design and steel body and heats well.
The look of the Kettle is good. Typical V-guard look. The water took sometime to boil in the first heat. I felt that only one half of the kettle was heating up at the start but then it should not cause any problem. The feature to increase or decrease the temperature is really useful. It is made from stainless steel and should rust for many years. The wide body gives ease of cleaning. Although it takes a great amount of time to boil as compared to the nornal 1500W Kettle. You van actually carry it when travelling also.
