Must have for bad back/knees
This broom and dustpan combo is excellent for light work. This is not a broom to use if your areas are heavy traffic. Assembly was easy, however, you should use plummers tape to lock assembly in place. Otherwise you will need to continuously tighten the broom stick. I love not having to kneel When picking up the swept debris.

They should offer to pick up the return or refund it! FOR THEIR DEFECTIVE BROOM WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY- no solutions offered Have to waste my time to leave to bring back their mistake! More money and time Would love to hear back or find resolution but I see no way to reach seller

Came covered in rust unfortunately, I tried to clean it, forgot to take a photo prior to doing so. Otherwise it’s actually a very beautiful dustpan, I ended up finding a very similar one in black and I love it! (I sent the chrome one back) 3 stars for the hassle

Flimsy - not designed for heavy use
I was immediately disappointed when opening this item. The metal gauge is thin, and the bristles are even more flimsy. I would be very surprised if this stands up to any substantial use, but since it’s here I’ll use it until it’s almost certain need for replacement. It seems designed only for photos and efficient shipping. I would have much preferred a single piece handle so that multiple points do not constantly need to be tightens with use. Thought from the photos this would be a tough and lasting household implement, very disappointed by what arrrived.
