Takes some time to install, but really sturdy.

I use it daily now. I am 160 pound and it is very stable. Rolling clockwise, it would extend the bar. When you grab the bar, you need to consider the direction. If you grab in opposite direction, the bar would be loosen. Not difficult to understand when you get the bar. If you are very heavy in weight, you can use the extra parts provided to fix it firmly at the door side. Great quality for the price paid.

Used the screws and it’s a solid fit

There's no way to lock the bar into position once it's mounted, and so the centre section will rotate when you grip it and try to pull up. The metal feels really weak too. If you want one that'll wedge into a doorframe with no screw, this ain't it, it'll undo itself every time you use it, and the screws supplied are too short and not a hardened metal. There's are better ones on the market for just a few quid more.

This was a great product but the novelty worn off when I fell off it and chipped my laminate flooring. I am still upset about this. Please note I’m an idiot so I didn’t screw it up safely. I’m not good at DIY so I took a risk and I paid the price. I have learnt my lesson…gorilla glue must be applied.
