Ideal for beginners in meditation
This is my first meditation dvd and I love it, takes you through all the mediation chakras. Really easy to follow too. It’s helped me a great deal to heal from a separation.

A meditation for each chakra to use easily with great support throughout.
Great DVD to keep for when you want to work on your chakras separately, or when you need to meditate with any one chakra.Great lead into meditation making it simple and easy to understand. James has a natural ability to calm and focus you. I would recommend that you sit and watch the DVD first to see the colour chakras and where they are to be able to visualise them after if you are new to meditation, then sit comfortably as you meditate when your ready. This is a great DVD for beginners and more experienced meditations. It allows you to stop, pause and go back to any part you might want to return to. I downloaded to my iPad and watched, paused and went back-to enable me to use as I wanted. This DVD gives you the ability to meditate on one chakra at a time, from start to end of each one separately opening and closing down for each chakra. Thank you James.
