A good knife is invaluable and this is a good knife. It is sharp, easy to clean and functions beautifully. This is a gem, especially at this price.

I bought this knife specifically for cutting Rockwool insulation as per the Rockwool product manufacturer. This knife works great for the purpose that I got it for. I'm pretty sure that it will cut bread pretty well too.

Its a bread knife but I used it to cut insulation for my shed. Really sharp and cut the insulation fast. Highly recommend

Maybe I expected too much for a few dollars. I bought this knife to slice up my dog’s refrigerated Freshpet dog food. It was important to get one that could go in the dishwasher because I’m obsessive. It’s not very sharp and has some trouble to cut through the plastic sleeve unless I stab it first. Now after just a few months, when I press down to cut the food I can feel the metal portion of the blade that is Inside the handle pressing out into my hand. I think this must mean that the plastic handle material has softened and is allowing the metal to shift around. Gonna go find something better.

Wow, you really know how sharp a knife can be when you compare it to other knives in your drawer. I love it. Purchased to cut up a turkey. I use it for all my meat.
