No it isn't. It leaked everywhere. Packaging soaking. And it stinks!

Is agua de cologne supposed to repel mosquitos

It has a citrus smell as a babies cologne, I doubt whether it would be strong enough to repell mosses.

How long does the scent last on skin please?

Difficult to answer. On my skin, I find it lasts for about an hour but as I use it mainly in summer, I apply frequently. It is lovely.

How do i use this product?

All different ways , As a body colonge In the washing machine in the softener draw Splash on to wet clothes before you tumble them If you decant into a spray bottle , you can use as an air freshener , and on beds and sofas like fabreeze But this was originally just a body colonge
