Amazing protein

It is great for the price. The taste could be better, but I haven't yet used a whey protein with an amazing taste. I use this in a blender with milk and tastes a bit better, but it gets creamy which I dislike. It seems to be high quality and great for the price.

AMINO ACIDS ARE THE KEY
Protein powders are only 100% effective if they include ALL the amino acids. This product does. It tastes great, mixes well and is affordable. I mix it with whole milk and a scoop of ice cream.

First ingredient is sugar
Used this for years without reading the ingredients. First ingredient is sugar! No wonder my blood tests always came back high blood sugar. This was my goto calorie bomb during racing season. 2 scoops in my morning coffee, 2 scoops in my post workout recovery shake. Never thought about it. Love the taste, and the texture was good. But now I am going to have to look for a less sugary alternative.
