Rapesco 1322 Adjustable 6-Hole Organiser Diary Punch, 10 Sheet Capacity

This is a review of the Rapesco 1323 Adjustable 6-Hole Organiser/ Diary Punch (Powder Blue) Here we have what looks like a normal small desktop hole punch except it's quite a bit longer. Rather than the usual two (or four) punches, this one has 6 set in two blocks of three. The three within each block cannot be adjusted but each block can move. Put at the closest setting and you get six equally spaced holes. The two wider settings give you two sets of three evenly spaced holes with a wider gap between the two sets. The smallest setting is for the Filofax Pocket and Mini (and Timer 14, whatever that is). As the pages are short compared to the length of the punch there's no physical guide to position the paper. Instead there's a mark on the front of the punch to show you where the edge of the paper should be. This works very well and gives you the 6 even spaced holes for the Pocket Filofax or 5 holes for the Mini. For the larger paper sizes there is a pull-out size guide with three settings - A5, Timer 21 and Personal Filofax. For the A5 you have to punch the holes in two sets of three - turning the paper round in between. Some reviewers think this is too much effort, but it's the only way with a punch that is itself not A5 in length. There's the usual lock for transport and the detachable rubber base for emptying the bits of paper out. For, currently, about £8 it's a great piece of kit. Invaluable if you wish to punch your own Filofax pages. I only own a Pocket Filofax and this works perfectly.

Having the adjustable sizes makes this invaluable. Great product.

This hole punch feels reassuringly weighty - should last well. It works perfectly for Personal size Filofax, without any adjustments needed. I also use it for A5 Filofax - this has been more variable. My fault! When I line it up accurately it works accurately. When I use "roughly" the A5 mark, the papers just don't quite fit. Little bit more fiddly having to punch one end of paper at once and turn the pages over for the other end, but that's so much better than the method I was using of marking hole positions through a template and punching each one with a single hole punch. Very pleased to have this punch.

There are some very mixed reviews for this 6 hole punch, and I was a little nervous ordering it. It works brilliantly for my filofax personal. Adjust the slide to 'Personal', slide in upto 10 sheets, and it punches them with the six holes, quickly and efficiently. However, it doesn't work on my A5 organiser. The centre gap of the holes is 5cm, and on A5 it's 7cm. So this would just not fit the holes, and there's no possible adjustment. So, you are expected to punch top 3 holes followed by bottom 3 holes, and to be fair, I'd throw it in the bin. So, if you want it for Filofax Personal, please order it, it's perfect. Like me, you'll be a happy 5 star reviewer. However, if you are hoping the advertised A5 bit is true and the hundreds of peeved off reviewers were wrong, I'm afraid it's not the right product for you.

Where to start... continually fowls up with cuttings jamming in the hole punches slots, sometimes some of the hole punches do not release meaning the paper is jammed (this was single sheets at a time, and not the 10 capacity-- only solution is to get some long nose pliers, and ping the stuck punches up from the back of the unit. when using it, dont lift the unit up, or all the cut paper falls right out the back of the unit through the sliding punches gaps. Thankfully I only needed it for one job of about 200 papers

It's an excellent idea, with poor execution. Unfortunately, this product wasn't suitable for my needs. I own several A5 6-ring refillable notebooks from SEEALLDE and the side of this holepunch that states it is for A5 paper...was awkward to use. I found that you have to use one side of it and flip the paper, however the central line and the pull-out holder for the paper, we not in the correct places for my paper. I managed to find a YouTube video where someone figured out that if you measure 8.2cm from the end, and stick a marker on the holepunch, you can line up the end of the paper to meet it, and it works okay. My only issue is that I had to buy stickers to do this, essentially costing me more money. Like I said, not a bad product, but not suitable for ALL A5 6-ring binders.

Such good quality and fantastic for an A5 journal. It punches really well and just feel robust. It is so satisfying to use. A must for people who journal.

Love this, great quality, punches through laminated paper and card and also several sheets at once. Easy to align with each size ! Great value for money.

Buenas taladradora. La uso para crear mis propias hojas de agenda y va muy bien una vez tomas las medidas y distancias. Con la mía hago los agujeros de un extremo, doy la vuelta a la hoja y hago los del otro lado. Me quedan perfectas

Der Locher ist schwer und massiv, macht also einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Der Verstellmechanismus der Lochung ist stramm und rastet in vorgegebener Position ein. Es bedarf also einiger Daumenkraft, um die Lochung zu verstellen. Für mich nicht schlimm, da ich sowieso nur die einmal eingestellte Lochung verwende. Ich nutze den Locher für meinen Filofax Pocket, dessen Einlagen ich für meine Bedürfnisse selbst erstelle. Auf der Stirnseite angebrachte Markierungen bringen das Papier in die richtige Position. 7 Blatt 80g Papier stellen kein Problem dar wie auch einzelne laminierte Blätter. Vom Preis hat man den Locher nach kurzer Zeit wieder raus, wenn man auf Filofax Originaleinlagen verzichtet.

Es ajustable y robusta. No sé porque existen tantas versiones de este tipo de perforadora a distintos precios, cuando esta, (la mas barata) funciona perfectamente. Se puede perforar hasta 10 hojas de A6 en una sola operación, y se puede ajustar el desplacamiento de la serie de agujeros desdel filo del papel. Esto es importante porque los archivadores varian, y no tienen el mismo centrado, por lo cual es imprescindible poder correr las perforaciones para que corresponden exactamente con el archivador. Para hojas de A5, hace falta perforar el papel en dos operaciones, perforando solo tres agujeros en cada operacion.

Certo non è uno strumento per uso intensivo ne per grandi precisioni , ma per uso personale lo trovo ottimo . Ho preso un ricondizionato , praticamente chi lo ha compraot prima non ha saputo allineare un gruppo di elementi e cosi l ha resitutito favorendomi , grazie. Le istruzioni non servono ma comunque sul sito sono chiare. L avevo preso per perforare la carta A5 sull agenda ma poi ho preso dei blocchi gia pronti per cui lui mi è rimasto quasi in eccesso senonchè per merito dell UNi il formato A5 è esattamente la meta dell A4 (strano vero? ;-) ) e cosi ho stampato su A4 dei folgi che mi servono con scritte parecchie cose che devo avre a disposizione , ho piegato in due i fogli e ho perforato come se fosse un A5. risultato invece di sacrificare fogli preformati e incollare sopra le mie cose ho tutto in un colpo solo e per giunta stendibile. Ottimo acquisto . Ho perforato fino a 10 folgi in contemporanea e non ha fatto storia ma onestamente trattandosi di un prodotto destinato all uso personale perforare piu di 5 fogli a volta mi pare inusuale . Bene , benissimo . Grazie Amazon , in paese nessun commerciante era riuscito a darmi una soluzione decente, peggio per loro . Ovviamente il poter adesso usare tranquillamente l A4 mi permette di crearmi fogli estesi di lavoro usando il PC per prefincarli . di piu solo la luna ma adesso che ci sono i cinesi ....

Estupenda perforadora. La uso con los archivadores tipo “Filofax” A5. Es necesario ver algún vídeo para usarla correctamente, pues después de la primera perforación de los tres agujeros superiores, se debe girar la hoja y hacerlos “a la inversa”. No es fácil explicar, de ahí buscar un tutorial en YouTube.
