Just what I need
I was using the bigger ones and often I couldn't open the damned things. Mainly I use it to rinse my dog's eyes when they get a bit gunky. Always works - even when infected (although you have to rinse about 3-4 times a day and keep bedding clean to ensure it works). Never needed antibiotic drops, so perfect for me as I'm not keen on conventional veterinary practices. I always keep some in the car and my bag.

Might be very good value
I bought this to use in a nebuliser and now having read all the reviews and questions am not sure whether to use it or not. For a start it does not say anywhere on the packaging or on the manufacturers website what the concentration is although I suspect it is 0.9% or 1% as the website says it is similar to tears. What bothers me is that on the info leaflet under "Composition" it says "Sterile, buffered, isotonic and aqueous solution". I am not a chemist but seem to recall from the dim and distant past of the chemistry lab that buffered means a stable solution of an acid and a salt (not necessarily Sodium Chloride). This suggests there may possibly be something else in it other than water and salt. Can someone who has more knowledge of these things comment please ?

Preservative-free sterile saline
I bought these as I was having a bout of dry, itchy eyes, and I've read that various eye drops with preservatives can cause eye-irritation over time, specifically due to the preservatives rather than anything else. These seemed to be exactly what I need, as they're individually sealed and preservative free, in small 5ml quantities per vial - once opened, you'll want to use them within a couple of hours, but you're also not losing much by discarding only a few millilitres at a time if you need to. I feel they're a tiny bit expensive for what they are, but they have a useful niche for me anyway. As sterile saline, they have multiple uses too - from eye-drops to nebulisers.

Perfect - preservative free saline, for contact lens insertion
Great item. My contact lens specialist suggested that when I insert a new type of contact lens (for an aphakic eye which has previously had a couple of corneal transplants) that I fill the concave side of the lens with preservative-free saline. I found these on Amazon, and like that they are 5ml and not 20ml. Will mean I am not tempted to keep a vial too long once opened, but will be able to use each on a few times before discarding.

Easy to use: unidose saline water
UPDATE: I bought this Saline Water thinking I could use in Nebulizer, but I recently notice this is not intended for it. I did used once but thankfully was fine. Never the less, I still consider it a 5 star product. It was my fault not reading properly and unfortunately Amazon does list this when you type Nebulizer (like other reviewers noticed). The brand is known and they are well made. I don’t see the need in changing my rating

Is this appropriate for use with a nebuliser?
Needs more of a description for usage. Product appears to be appropriate for usage - but that's contrary to the product description - such as that is - that seems to be stating that it's for opthalmic purposes solely!

This product is sterile saline solution. The saline level is balanced and safe for use in the eyes and nose. When I have dry eyes, sticky eyes or stuffy sinus, this product really helps. Each ampule is a separate plastic 5 milliliter capsule. To use one ampule, snap off the plastic tip and use the ampule like a squeeze bottle to spray in the nose, or drip into the eyes. I order this through amazon because I cannot find similar product in my local shop.

Recomendado 100%.
