I used to use these salts years ago and saw them again on this site and ordered. Forgot how therapeutic they are until I added them to my bath recently. The formula seeps into the muscles and gets rid of the stiffness and fatigue. It is suggested to use 2 oz in each bath so you will only get 4 baths from this container. Also, must rinse with cold water at the end of your soak to stop the "action". Well worth the price especially if you are on your feet all day.

This is a household favorite! It is a winter essential. It has a very strong soothing aroma, a mixture of menthol, minty, and herbal mustard that is soothing and comforting. The family has recently had a monster cold/sinus thing, and this mustard bath made a huge difference in our well-being and recovery. This product helps to clear the nasal passages when soaking in a hot bath and really makes a difference when you're sore and achy. This product is amazing, even when you don't have a cold and just want to pamper yourself and relieve sore muscles.

I just had my first mustard bath soak and I have to say that I feel pretty fantastic. I stayed in quite a while because it felt so good. It did warm me up in body and spirit. So why not 5 stars? I can't help but think something like this can be made at home for a fraction of the cost. But, I may return sheepishly changing it to 5 stars because this was such a lovely experience and left me feeling really good. Be careful, it leaves the tub a bit slippery. Tub was not hard to clean though. Edit: I really did like this, and if you can afford to buy the remade one, do it. I'm going to try 1/4 c baking soda and 1 TBLS mustard powder/bath - I like to keep it simple and cheap when I can.

I use this product every day in a very hot bath. I have achy joints/knees and this knocks my pain right out! My day really isn't complete until I've had my mustard bath. An essential in my arsenal of wellness products. Great for sinus relief due to allergies or a cold as well. Just an all-around great product.

This helped us survive those pesky winter bugs. As soon as anyone had a cough or runny nose we took a bath with this and I swear the sickness was gone in a day or 2! Must have to keep your family healthy.

I received this as a gift a few years back and now I use it regularly. I love the smell (it does not smell like mustard lol), it is like a eucalyptus and strong mint smell. Hot baths are my therapy for my lower back and this is part of my routine.

For best effect you need to come up to quite a hot bath. It really feels so invigorating for your skin and at the same time really relaxing. It's the best bath product that I've tried.
