Illegal to fit in the UK as it comes. You will be breaking the law if you fit this lamp.Why? Because it has a conductive body, not double insulated, and gives no earth point to connect to on the body.Also the wiring route hole on the mounting plate does not have a grommet to prevent rubbing of live, 240v cables.It's a shame as it's a tidy little unit. But as other have mentioned, the LED driver leaves no room to hide any cables, and mounting it tight to the wall will make it very difficult to screw on.I've added a grommet, and will drill and fit my own earth point. But Amazon should really, really not be selling this lamp into the UK.I notice they say the lamp is CE approved, this is also a lie as approval would not have been given due to these design issues.Unless you're handy and careful, as cheap as it is, don't touch.EDIT- I returned this as I later noticed the colour of the positive/negative cables is at odds with the markings on the voltage transformer- brown to neg and blue to pos. I'll never know which one was correct as I decided to send it back.

Such a small item well made in steel, very different light effect. Very effective, though if you want it to read with you would need another source. It is mood lighting and art all in one.

Love these. They look exactly as advertised. Using them in the kids bedroom as nightlights, which are used via the mains. It's not too bright and not too dark. Perfect for what we needed it for.

Lovely light. Nice design but doesn't give off much light. I was aware of this and it's ok in my downstairs WC

Be very careful when installing this product.The power supply has incorrect labeling - The AC/DC labeling are the wrong way around (see image).The unit also does not have an earth connection and the light fitting is metallic.Unable to test the light as I believe its too dangerous to wire up the mains electricity.

Son sumamente sencillos de instalar y hacen un efecto muy bonito, la cantidad de luz es suficiente para que se vea el colorido en la oscuridad sin molestar a la vista. Un acierto.

Cercavo un appliqué per la mia scala che si discostasse dalle solite soluzioni che vengono proposte nei vari negozi di arredo luce a prezzi esagerati.Questo prodotto è stupendo! Costa pochissimo e, come potete vedere dalle foto, l’effetto luce è molto bello e originale. La luce sprigionata non è fortissima, è una lampada che da sola fornisce una illuminazione di “direzione e accompagnamento”. Io l’ho installata in cima alla scala interna ed ho ottenuto la corretta illuminazione per poter salire in cima senza inciampare sui gradini.L’installazione è molto semplice e non servono particolari abilità o conoscenze. Tempo impiegato dal sottoscritto: 5 minuti.Da sottolineare l’impossibilità di cambiare il led se dovesse smettere di funzionare. In quel caso bisognerebbe cambiare tutta la lampada, ma visto il prezzo il costo eventuale sarebbe irrisorio.Spedizione velocissima e nei tempi previsti da Amazon anche in periodo di feste natalizie.Lo consiglio per la sua qualità-prezzo e per dare un tocco di design non comune alla vostra casa!Spero questa recensione vi sia UTILE :)

Éclairage d’ambiance et de décoration avec un joli rendu de spirale lumineuse. Facile à installer mais il ne faut pas laisser une trop grande longueur de fil sinon le montage se complique.A installer plutôt sur un mur mais ne compter pas vous éclairer avec ! 😏Très bon rapport qualité / prix.Nota: les couleurs sur la vidéo ne sont pas réalistes.L’éclairage est blanc.
