These magnesium bisglycinate tablets are brilliant! I take two around dinner time and they have been very helpful helping me sleep and stay sleeping. They were a great price when I bought them this time at less than £6 for 60 tablets. They are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. They also have the effect of easing constipation which is very helpful. I find my legs aren’t as restless when I take these too. I would say if you have difficulty swallowing large tablets then these may be an issue for you. You can chop them in half though. I’ve bought them several times and I plan to repurchase them again.

This product is 'buffered' with magnesium oxide. It is not mathematically possible for 500mg of mag gly to have 100mg of elemental magnesium. Magnesium has a max yield of 14.1% elemental magnesium. If the 500mg magnesium bisglycinate claim is true, the max yield is 70.5mg. you would need 709mg of magnesium. Magnesium oxide has a 60% yield. It is not on the label. They are selling you cheap magnesium buffered with laxative and slipping through via regulatory enforcement laxity and in some cases loopholes. Buy elsewhere, but from a company that doesn't treat its customers like morons.

2 Tablets a day - a month's supply. No Magnesium Oxide (bio-inactive or whatever). No laxative effects for me No weird dreams for me These came in a thin Amazon card. The bag is thin, and won't stand up on its own. The top tears off, and is resealable. None of these were broken in transit. Easy to swallow. It's hard to quantify whether these helped, or by how much - but I took these with vitamin D for a while and I found I was keeping my energy through the day much better (during exam time). Usually I get sleepy after lunch when revising, and having more energy was definitely helpful! It's hard to say whether the worked by placebo, though - I definitely was more conscious of getting to bed on time, and making a ritual of having these, some camomile tea, a shower, etc. before bed. Nowadays I forget to take the usual pills (D, multi, Mag, omega) most days and my energy is okay. After reading reviews of menopause diet books, I decided to not to bother with the books and bought this magnesium glycinate supplement instead. Thank you lovely Amazon reviewers! I really did not know what to expect, but having taken two pills a day for two weeks I can report the following effects: 1. Improved sleep quality - within a few nights I noticed a massive difference as I am a light sleeper and usually find it difficult to get back to sleep once I wake up, but now I am sleeping longer and more deeply 2. Reduced anxiety - see above, one of the reasons I sleep badly is insane panic attacks in the night which I had previously put down to perimenopausal hormones 3. Reduced brain fog - another supposedly menopausal symptom that has gone away, likely due to unbroken sleep for the first time in years 4. PMS and period pain has totally disappeared - I had no clue this would happen but now I've googled it magnesium turns out to be beneficial for monthly breast pain, mood swings, skin breakouts, cramps, the works 5. Bloat and gas - the only downside, though I have no other digestive issues with this supplement and it's not going to stop me taking it

After years of no sleep I was recommended taking bisglycinate an it did not dussapoint I take one in the morning an one before bed an I'm sleeping right through deffo recommend after the first week I noticed a difference five stars from me I'm back to buy more

Le conditionnement est pratique et l’étiquette indique clairement la portion recommandée. Les comprimés sont un peu volumineux, mais restent faciles à prendre avec un grand verre d’eau. Pris au cours d’un repas, je n’ai pas rencontré d’inconfort digestif particulier. Produit sérieux et correctement présenté.
