yes they cover the entire seat. You just have to keep the cover away from the seat belt fixed fitting.

No, these covers are universal and a very loose fit. TBH, they are little more use than a dust cover for when the car is not in use. I would not buy them again.

I don't see why not. Be aware that these covers are not very robust and are more suited to dust covers rather than a cover to preserve the chair in general use.
