Amazing quality
The best purchase i have ever made on Amazon. The item was so well packed and delivered with care and all the instructions. Delivery took a bit longer but it was well worth the wait! Got this Kamado on sale with a fair price and the quality of the product is outstanding. Recommend 100%

Love it
What a piece of kit bought in the black Friday deals at a great price. Works like an oven, easy to regulate the temperature and very sturdy. Just need better weather to give it more use 😁

Oozes quality.
Delivered this morning and the packaging was excellent , well protected and sturdy. There was very little assembly needed and was up and ready to go within 5 minutes. This is a sturdy and well made grill complete with all the accessories and just by looking at it and feeling the weight you can tell it should last for years. I can't fault it. Plenty big enough I would say for a family of 3 or 4 and all in all very pleased with my purchase.

Staple piece of kit
This is one of the best finds I've ever had. Super controllable, and capable of anything from 89 centigrade to well over 500 centigrade. Seems nicely made - I tracked down a cover from the USofA. It works better on the larger lumps of charcoal than the mini logs or small rocks. The grate isn't so easy to keep clear of ash, so I hoover it out every now and again (and only when it's completely cold). The little stand works well on the ground or a table. I wish I'd bought two of these rather than the one larger one which I bought at our holiday house.

buid quality
Very good result once you get past the learning curve, good for a small family. maintains very steady temp. however would ve buying the classic aswell at some point as not much accessories available for this and a bit small for hosting. overall very happy with the purchase.

If you want a new BBQ go Kamado Joe
These are great. I'm completely bowled over by the quality of this item. With these grills you can do everything. Oven roast, slow cook, grill, sear, smoke -hot and cold and probably more. Item is ready to use out off the box. Once it's fired up it will retain heat for hours. Other makes are available and I haven't tried any of those but I can recommend Kamado Joe.

It’s good but not great
Firstly, the price of this KamadoJoe goes up and down a lot. I paid £400 in October 2022 Sometimes it goes up to £550! So beware. It’s a good quality piece of kit that’ll last a lifetime if you don’t abuse it. You should get a table or strong platform to put it on as it’s way too low to cook straight from the cradle if placed on the floor. I bought a tv cabinet and converted it to hold my Kamado. Works well! I have tried getting it really hot for pizza cooking but after several attempts I conceded defeat. The pizza base burns before the top side is browned so unless you have a good blow torch to cook the top of a pizza I wouldn’t bother. It’s good for low n slow cooks, it’ll retain mediocre heat for several hours and after you’ve finished you can close the lid and air intake knowing your charcoal will stop burning quickly and be partly used again. The gasket is basic and isn’t good and should be upgraded, after one year and around 50 cooks my gasket has taken a bashing and leaks a little bit. The heat deflector plate cracked through no fault of my own but to be fair Kamado Joe sent me a replacement free of charge. Same with cooking grate, it snapped at the hinge and again was replaced without a fuss. The flavours achieved with a kamado are quite unique and I’d recommend any keen BBQ enthusiasts to take the plunge and invest in a kamado. Rated 4 stars because it could be better and could be cheaper.

Great BBQ for 2 (or up to 4)
Great build, great results. Easy and economic way to BBQ and get the “KAMADO cook” (which is really good - I say that as a Weber user). It will handle more but now I don’t hesitate to fire it up for just 2 of us as is quick and economic, using no more than a handful of charcoal at a time for a cook up.

This kamado is just a must have for week cooks. Its fast to get up to temp, super stable and easy to get amazing results with moist and tender meat. A charcoal basket help the grill to receive more air and its easy to clean. Perfect size for a family of four. Its suprisingly capable and a joy to cook on.

I've bought overly large propane grills (non-Weber) in the past thinking it was such a "good deal" when they weren't Weber grills and just too big other than for large parties. Here's the thing, if you like to smoke OR grill x2-x3 a week with minimal cleaning and the biggest draw for me was the temperature control w/ the LEAST AMOUNT OF FUEL being used, ceramic type of charcoal grilling is the way to go: 1. It's better than propane. Cooking w/ charcoal gives you that char-taste that you CAN NOT get from propane unless you buy special grilling meat injector fluid that mimics that charcoal taste 2. Excellent temperature control. It's a pain in the ass to do this w/ a metal small charcoal grill (which I'd still take over a propane grill, btw). 3. FUEL CONSUMPTION (this is actually the #1 REASON WHY I bought this type of grill). The more you grill, the more you'll save in fuel costs over time. I have a metal weber kettle grill (18") and it uses at minimum x2-x3 times more fuel (due to the heat dissipating via the metal). The ceramic is #1 in this area in conserving your fuel and heat. Go to BJ's or Costco and BUY the LUMP CHARCOAL, NOT the BRIQUETTES (that's for the metal charcoal grills) from there . 4. Convenience of cooking outside vs inside for certain foods. To me, cooking pizza (oven needs to get to 500 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, which usually takes 1/2 hr or more minimum if you use a pizza stone). IF you use a GrillBlazer Grill SV Gun (which I bought, but it's a tad expensive, so try to get something similar if you want to save time) you'll save yourself like 15-20 minutes for the coals to get hot enough if you use a grill gun vs a charcoal chimney starter (which is fine too if you don't have the $). Also, it's heats up way hotter and quicker in my opinion (if you use a grill gun) than a conventional oven in your house. PLUS you'll more than likely NOT HAVE a FALSE ALARMS from the fire alarms in your house once the temperatures get hot enough and create that smoke. 5. Easy clean up. Open the bottom and use the tool they provide you to scrap the ashes out. Done within 30-60 seconds. That's it! I've bought 2 of these since I fell in love with this grill so much. I understand if you want to save money and look at cheap chinese brands here on Amazon or elsewhere, but think twice. If you're spending $100+ on something you'll think you'll be using for a long time: (1) Are you confident it behaves in the same way that a Green Egg or a Kamado Joe would? (2) if the ceramic CRACKS, will the company cover the warranty on it? It's totally up to whatever your budget allows. FYI, if choose the more expensive shipping option if you buy this, because #1, I used the Amazon Prime Free Shipping method and the grill came CRACKED on the inside and outside (it was a small crack, but it's ENOUGH to cause problems when cooking). Your grill should have NO CRACKS, contact Kamado Joe immediately and take pics with your phone and ask them if the crack is manageable or should you send it back. And god forbid it's cracked and you have to send it back, it's going to be a pain in the ass. SAVE THE GREEN SHIPPING STRAPS, DO NOT THROW THEM OUT UNTIL YOU'VE INSPECTED THE GRILL FOR CRACKS. To avoid this problem, I choose Amazon's option for "Inside Entryway" SCHEDULED SHIPPING (just pay the $10 more), it's worth it and you'll save yourself A LOT of headache. I wish I did it the 1st time. There will be 2 guys to move your grill to wherever you want it.
