Tower 28 - Please DON'T change this formula. I've burned through a TON of mascara's that have gotten good reviews. I'm never satisfied. Tower 28 I plan on sticking with as long as they remain the same. I have allergies and I don't notice much transfer, it doesn't clump, it makes lashes look longer - not so much thicker. For me it's a win (finally).

If you're tired of mascara that promises volume but delivers clumps, and promises long-wear but leaves you with raccoon eyes, you need to try the Tower 28 mascara. I work outdoors in the unforgiving Texas heat, a true test for any makeup product. Before this, my mascara would smudge and flake by midday. This product solved every single one of those problems. It provides excellent volume and length that you can build up layer after layer with zero clumping. Best of all, it stays perfectly in place all day—no smudging, no matter the weather. When it's time to take it off, it's a breeze. Micellar water or a gentle cleanser removes it completely without any tugging. This is a mascara that delivers on every claim and then some.

My thin short lashes took on the world with only a bit over one coat. The brown shade is very nice. But I had under eye smudges within 2 hours. Fortunately I have just tried a nice brown tubing version that is smudge free on me. The look is not as soft and pretty as the Tower 28 I ordered prior.

I’m a huge fan of Bobbi brown mascara but decided to give tower 28 a try and it is just as good at a fraction of the cost! Same clean well defined voluminous lash coverage. Definitely my new favorite.
