My fiancé loves these bars on his lunch break, low in sugar, high in protein. Much better value buying in bulk on amazon compared to supermarkets or holland & barret, we got 43% off and paid £16 something for the whole box. They’re large and really filling. Crunchy texture and sweet tasting. Nicely packaged too. Recommend.

These have been the only decent tasting protein bars on the market for a long time but now they’ve changed the recipe and they have that horrible fake taste and gluey texture all the others have… What a massive disappointment - if they don’t go back to the old recipe I definitely won’t be buying again 😟

I usually go for the carb killa bars but I bought these on a deal for a change. I think they taste amazing and make you feel like your eating a proper chocolate bar. I found that I don’t get the strange aftertaste that you get from a lot of protein bars and they are layered and full of flavour. I’ve also tried the dark chocolate raspberry flavour and they taste amazing aswell. Macro wise, these bars are really good and I’m finding them absolutely fine with my low carb diet. They haven’t stopped my weight loss but I am pretty strict everywhere else. I would say one thing and that is that I have gone from two to one a day as with my protein shake aswell I was getting a bit of an upset stomach. I take one either as a snack or as a meal and only on the five days per week that I train. Also depending on how much time I have to prepare food. I recommend these bars as a tasty way to get your protein and I personally think that they are a real treat.

This was a pleasant surprise! I've never really thought PHD produced decent protein bars - always associated them with okish protein bars. How wrong I was. Probably the nicest protein bars I've had in quite a long time. Instead of having a dessert or something sweet - this protein bar provided that sweet tasty fix whilst keeping me in line with my macros. Would definitely recommend to others. Price was almost unbeatable at £14 - in fact at that price I don't think there is a better protein bar on the market.

These used to be the nicest tasting protein bars on the market. My Amazon hsitory doesn't lie - it looks like I've bought almost 2000 of these things over the years!! Unfortunately, it seems they have recently changed the recipe and not for the better. Not only is the taste verging on the unpleasant, the texture is totally different so that it is now more like fudge than anything. A real shame as these were once the nicest bars you could get. It's going to be a real pain finding a replacement. EDIT - Now received a box with a bar missing. The item cannot be refunded apparently and the seller is almost impossible to contact. So I've cancelled all my "Subscribe and save" orders - that's almost a grand a year you have now lost, con-men. Well done....

Me and my partner enjoy these for breakfast after our morning dog walks, and usually these are spot on. However the last time I ordered them, they were softer and had an odd taste whilst still being in date - so I threw them out. Hopefully the next batch we get will be back to normal. :)

Bought these when they were on offer and they worked at less than £1 per bar which is a bargain. These are by far the best protein bars I have tried and taste like actual chocolate and not processed. chalky rubbish. They are quite dense and very filling, making a perfect snack during work/uni. I have tried raspberry, brownie and cookies and cream flavours and all were great but personally found the brownie flavour most enjoyable.

Really nice bars that help give you that extra bit of protein, unlike some other brands these actually taste nice! Only downside would be that they were slightly melted however I am not sure how much of this can be blamed on the seller. I have bought this product again several times, in different flavours and been met with the same high quality experience. i would definitley spend the extra money to get bars from a well known producer. Ich habe schon viele Protein riegel ausprobiert. Selten schmeckt er so gut wie er auf der Verpackung aussieht. Einer der besten Riegel die ich gegessen habe.

I chose a plant-based protein bar expecting it to be made with natural ingredients. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. This bar contains seven added additives that should generally be avoided in a healthy diet—some of which are even considered high-risk. A bit disappointing, especially for something marketed as a “clean” option.

I am a big fan of this bar, purchased 3 times and gonna do it again.. very delicious, 2 g net carbs and filling ❤️
