Hi, what’s the expire date on this product?

As of today (10th March 2023), the expiry date of the current stock at Amazon UK is 30th July 2024.

How can this product be gluten free? when it contains maltodextrin - sugar made from wheat (malto gives the clue)

Maltodextrin does not necessarily come from wheat (can be derived from maize, for example), and in any case is considered gluten-free even when derived from wheat. Please see Coeliac UK website and other good sources of information on the internet which will confirm this.
