I go through can openers like Sunday dinners, been on the hunt for a robust one for some time so decided to take the plunge and cough up a bit more dough and invest in this model!Glad I did, this thing is the Ferrari of can openers. Superb build quality, you can tell straight out the box its gonna have a long shelf life!To be honest though, it is a bit fiddley to get going, you have to position the head at the correct angle, do a quarter back turn of the handle and then start turning. Sometimes it bites out the gate, sometimes can take a few attempts to get going, however, once you have momentum, its a breeze to open cans.The big advantage is, once the lid comes off there are no sharp edges....not sure how that works, must be some kind of voodoo magic but I've tried rubbing the edge of the lid on my skin (please don't replicate, I'm a trained professional nutcase) and its as smooth as butterHighly recommend, go purchase one now and add it to your arsenal of kitchen equipment

This tin opener is a dream.I have HUGE issues with tin openers - they rust so quickly, get super stiff so hurt your hands to open, spill tin juice everywhere. Yet with this opener, all those gripes are a thing of the past.It is an actual enjoyment to use, so satisfyingly smooth. If used correctly the tin contents don’t even touch the opener. It creates the perfect cut - no more sharp edges. I genuinely look forward to using it. Innovation at its finest!If you are sick of replacing tin openers every six months, this is for you!

These tin openers are brilliant, they do what they say they do. Very easy to use, decent price, arrived quickly, i bought my daughter one, she loved it.

Its really magic! no sharp edges and the lid someow slots back on top snuggly! When I first got it out of the box I thought it was for left handed people and was going to send it back - in the nick of time I realized that it's reversable so can be used either way! Doh!It is remarkably easy to use first time and I am completely delighted with it

I wanted to give this review after using this can opener. I have recently had an injury on my left hand/thumb that causes severe pain when holding/gripping things. I was struggling to open cans using traditional/standard can openers you get from supermarkets. I looked around and came across this one. I am so happy to have purchased it as this not only opens cans with ease but it also makes them safe to handle when opened. There are no sharp/jagged edges. The lid is also easily placed back on the tin to allow for you to store the tin in the fridge (if you need to). The opener has a good sturdy grip and I am hopeful this can opener lasts a while and I am definitely convinced to using these than any others. This is great for elderly people who have trouble gripping.I will be purchasing more to give as presents to family members.

Bought one some months ago - fab and no sharp edges but have had to buy a replacement within 7 months so giving it a 4/5

Fits and opens most types of can including those annoying ring pull cans that ordinary can openers will not open. Really handy as the removed top is not sharp and can be put back on top of the tin to seal it if it is not empty

Absolutely BRILLIANT!I've just taken two tin openers to the tip recently and returned one . None of them could open a tin of blackcurrants and we had blackcurrant juice all over the kitchen and were left with a dangerous jagged tin.Received this tin opener yesterday and used it today for the first time on a tin of blackcurrants. WOW ! This tin opener is quite honestly amazing and a complete game changer. Recibido de manera rápida , lo he utilizado para abrir un par de latas y apesar de ser un sistema novedoso es muy fácil acostumbrarse a el la apertura la realiza tal y como explica sin dejar filos cortantes es incluso más fácil que el abrefácil que incorporan algunas latas, solo espero que sea duradero, de momento se ve muy sólido , las botellas las abre sin casi aplicar fuerza gracias a su largo mango , ESTOY MUY SATISFECHO , enhorabuena por el diseño atrevido novedoso y que resulta tan eficaz

Très efficace et facile d'utilisation.

Vraiment à la hauteur de la description. J'avais un vieux ouvre-boite qui a duré longtemps tout de même. Mais il tournait dans le vide. Là, le Lantana est vraiment parfait, pas de rebord coupant. Il faut prendre le coup de main, mais ça vaut tous les autres. Bon achat !
